I know how hard it can be to find a diet that works. You've tried low carb. You count every. single. calorie. You tell yourself that you'll just start your diet tomorrow and let all your efforts go, only to feel guilty, unmotivated, and defeated.
Eating has never been so complicated. It seems like there's a new diet every day, from paleo to detoxing juice cleanses, that promise to be your key to good health - so it's easy to bounce from one diet to another. Hey, if that works for you and you're HAPPY, that's great. For most people, including myself, those fad diets and "all or nothing approach" just don't work. Never has, never will.
I believe in a holistic approach, that is, optimizing your performance, as well as the health of your mind and body through whole foods first, supplements if needed, and a healthy lifestyle without depriving yourself of your favorite foods. It's easy to latch on to the newest diet trend - but if those diets were truly the answer to better health, there wouldn't be so many!
My methods are backed by science, and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to eating healthy, living a healthy lifestyle, and becoming your best self.
